Koo Coast · UGC & Content Creation
UGC, video & photography for paid and organic social.
I work from your campaign brief, research the audience, develop the concepts and produce a full bank of content across two shoot days.

The part you know too well
A good campaign brief still leaves a lot to figure out on camera.
✳ Which message deserves the first few seconds?
✳ How quickly does the product need to make sense?
✳ What belongs in organic, and what needs to work harder in paid?
✳ What can we capture now for the next edit?
That’s the part I like getting into.
Why me
I've been where you are.
I’ve planned campaigns, written content, thought about audiences, looked at what performed and what we need to change. I’ve waited for the content to come back beautifully — and then found it doesn’t suit the campaign at all. So when I’m creating now, I’m not only thinking about whether the shot looks good. I’m thinking about what the content is there to do.
✳ Should it feel like it belongs naturally between everything else on TikTok?
✳ Can it be used in paid?
✳ Does it need a talking face, or is it better with no talking at all?
✳ Is there enough clean footage to cut another version later?
✳ Am I using language the target audience actually understands?
✳ Do we also need photographs that can live outside social?
I take what your team already knows, do the extra audience and category homework, build the concepts and plan the shoot around where the content will actually be used. You don’t need to hand me finished scripts unless you already have them.

How I work
I do my homework before I shoot.
Before I film anything, I go through your reviews, comments, DMs and whatever customer research your team already has. I keep reading until the same things start coming up: why people buy, what they love, what they hesitate over, what they keep mentioning without being asked. That gives me better hooks, stronger angles and a clearer idea of what the content actually needs to show.
01
The Context
You send me the brief, products, non-negotiables and anything your team has already learned from previous creative. I get up to speed on what the campaign needs the content to do and where it will be used.
02
The Angle
I research the audience and category, then develop the concepts, hooks and visual direction.
I’m thinking about paid and organic from the start — including what we can shoot now that gives your team more openings, cuts and variations to work with later.
03
The Shoot
Two focused production days. Creator-led video, product moments, lifestyle content, photography and clean B-roll.
Plus the extra footage that makes the content easier to cut, test and reuse.
04
The Handover
You get a clearly organised bank of finished assets for paid and organic, with the agreed usage rights attached — files grouped in a way that makes sense to the people actually using them.
The range
Not all UGC content follows the same structure.
✳ Some content needs to feel like it belongs naturally between everything else on TikTok.
✳ Some ads need the product in the first few seconds.
✳ Some ideas need a talking face.
✳ Some need almost no talking at all.
✳ And sometimes the brand needs the kind of photograph that can live outside social too.
I don’t force the whole campaign into one UGC formula. The visual approach changes with the job the asset needs to do.

What you get
Two shoot days gives you a lot to work with.
A typical production includes
✳ Audience and category research
✳ Pre-production and shot planning
✳ 8 edited vertical videos for paid social
✳ Around 30 edited lifestyle and product photographs
✳ A vertical B-roll bank for organic content
✳ Concepts, hooks and visual direction
✳ Two production days
✳ Additional hooks for selected paid concepts
✳ Phone-shot and camera-shot content
✳ Organised files for paid and organic use
The exact mix can move depending on the campaign. A skincare launch, a travel product and an app do not need the same content bank — so I don’t want to pretend they do.

The case line
This is the kind of thing I mean.
Say you’re launching a carry-on built for short trips. The obvious content is packing footage, product details, maybe a “what fits inside” video. Useful. We’ll probably shoot some of it.
But if the audience research keeps showing people talking about overpacking, decision fatigue and lugging things around that never leave the hotel room — there might be a bigger idea in there.
Using audience research to find content that really speaks.
Now we could build:
✳ a creator video around what I stopped packing after travelling more
✳ a one-bag weekend story
✳ quick hooks around overpacking
✳ clean product footage around the storage system
✳ photography that takes the same thought from airport to hotel to city
This is what I love to do
I really like making this stuff.
The research rabbit hole. Finding the one line that suddenly gives the whole shoot a direction.
Spotting a location and immediately knowing what we could do there. Changing the plan because the light is better somewhere else.
I’ve been working in social media for ten years and I still get stupidly excited when an idea starts coming together. You are absolutely allowed to hand me the brief and let me disappear into it for a bit.

Working together
You’ll always know what happens next.
I like the shoot itself to have room for good ideas, changed plans and the occasional “wait, this would be so much better over there.” The project around it is much more straightforward. Before production starts, we agree on the concepts, deliverables, usage rights, shoot dates and when you’ll see the first edits. If something changes, I tell you before you have to ask.
01
Before the shoot
You’ve seen the concepts and visual direction, and we’ve agreed on what absolutely needs to come home from the production.
02
During production
I handle the shoot, keep track of what we’ve got and make sure we’re also capturing the extra footage and variations we planned for.
03
Feedback
You send one consolidated round of feedback. I make the agreed revisions and flag anything that would need a reshoot or a change in scope before doing it.
04
Delivery
Final files arrive organised, named and ready for your team to use, together with the agreed usage rights.
I’m very happy to send you an overexcited message because I found the perfect location, but I’m not going to make you chase me for the delivery date.

Before we start
What I need from you.
I can take a lot of the content work off your plate, but I still need enough context to make good decisions.
✳ The product.
✳ The campaign objective.
✳ Your existing brand direction, and any mandatory claims, messages or restrictions.
✳ Your deadline.
✳ Useful learnings from previous content, if you have them.
✳ One person who can give consolidated feedback.
You do not need to hand me every hook, script and shot. If you want to, we can work from your existing concepts too.

Who this is not for
If all you need is three quick UGC videos, this is not for you.
There are cheaper ways to get someone to film three scripts.
This makes sense when the content needs to deliver something strategic. When you need someone who can take a campaign brief, think beyond the first execution, photograph the product as well as film it, create enough variation for paid and organic and hand the whole thing back without needing to be managed through every step.
Good to know
A few things you’ll probably want to know.
Can we come with our own concept?
How involved do I have to be?
Do you create everything yourself?
Can we use the content for paid ads?
What if we need more variations later?
How long are the usage rights?
Do you guarantee ad performance?
Do you publish the content on our channels too?
How quickly do we get the first edits?
Can you travel for the shoot?
Which languages do you create in?
The investment
Creator content production, from one person, in two days.
xxx € + vat
That covers
✳ Research and creative direction
✳ Concept development
✳ Pre-production
✳ Two production days
✳ The agreed bank of finished video + photography
✳ Three months of European paid usage
Travel, accommodation, studio hire, props and additional talent are quoted separately if the campaign needs them — and I’ll tell you what those cost before anything gets booked. Extended paid usage is agreed upfront too, so your team knows where the content can run and for how long before we start making it.
Founding rate. For the first Koo Coast campaign productions I’m keeping this at €xxx + VAT while I build out the format and case studies. Standard projects will move to €xxx+ depending on scope.

Start here
Tell me what you’re launching, and I’ll come back with an idea worth shooting.
Tell me what’s coming up, what the product is, when you need the content and anything your team already knows that would be useful to see. You don’t need a finished concept or a shot list — I’ll look at your products, the brand and the audience, and come back with how I’d approach it. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll build the production from there.
